Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our venues hold limited seating, and many of our events and classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled event/class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another client. You may call us at (561) 246-0566 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST to cancel.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least three days’ notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another event or class. However, if you do not cancel with at least three days’ notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
Gala ticket sales are final, no refunds.
