Veteran Nominee must provide DR214

The veteran must disclose financial challenges

The current air conditioning must be a minimum of 10 years old

The veteran must show proof of ownership of the home

The veteran must provide Tonnage of existing air conditioning unit

The veteran must provide the Model Number of the existing air conditioning unit

*The Board of DDS4Vets along with Edwin Restrepo, owner of True Temp Air, LLC will review applicants and choose the veteran who will receive the new air conditioning unit.

*The new air conditioning unit will be at Ruud or TGM or Weather King
Manufacturer warranty as stated by manufacturer
Labor Warranty will be disclosed via Edwin Restrepo, Owner of True Temp, LLC

*Does NOT include any new or existing ductwork and/or repair

*Treasure Coast only.

DEADLINE IS JULY 30th, 2021
VETERAN WILL BE CHOSEN ON AUGUST 10, 2021
