These remarkable animals offer much more than companionship; they are trained to detect and respond to the symptoms of PTS, providing a sense of security and independence to their veteran handlers.

We're making a movie

Gier Productions, in association with DDS4VETS, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is producing a feature film titled “Wounded Heroes” directed & produced by Michael Gier, an award-winning director/producer.

The film is entertaining and dramatic with war sequences in Iraq and Vietnam, portraying the challenges faced by service members and their families when the service member comes home.
